We are Sydneys original producer of authentic Greek souvlaki.
Founded in the early nineties, Advanced Souvlaki started with a simple family recipe and the ambition to supply Sydney with the best quality cuts of locally sourced meats, while using only the finest oils and spices. Thirty years on, we continue to strive and proudly provide a premium product to our community.
